The right phones ring on time
Give any item a few alarms — 15 minutes early for the groomsmen to head down, on the dot for the bridesmaids. They ring on locked phones, so nobody has to call round.
- Only the people on the item hear it

Walk through it before the day
Run the whole day on a fast clock in a few minutes. Every item rings on the phones of the people on it, and you can see who tapped “Got it” and who never heard.

Each guest gets their own code and QR code — send it on WhatsApp. They open it to find their table, who’s at it, the menu, the time and place, and reply whether they’re coming and how many.

Questions
Do the bridal party and guests pay?
No. Only the couple pays, once per wedding; everyone else joins free with a code.
Do guests need the app?
Yes. They tap “Join with code” in the app and type their code or scan the QR code to see their table, the menu, and the time and place.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Both, and people can mix them freely; everything stays in sync.
What if there’s no signal?
The run sheet, checklist and invitations are kept on the phone, so you can still read and tick them; changes sync when you’re back online. Paying and joining need a connection.
How many people can join?
Up to 50 phones per wedding, counting the couple, planners and bridal party. Guests are separate and don’t use any of the 50.
What happens after the wedding?
The wedding stays open for 999 days after you pay, then becomes read-only. Photos and files are kept 90 more days; keep them longer for HK$5 per GB per year.

Is my data private?
Only people in the wedding can see it, and photos and files open through short-lived links. No ads, no tracking.
